Same Learning Center Graduation

On December 6th, grade seven students at the Same Learning Center celebrated their graduation from primary school. 2025 has been our first year sponsoring secondary education for students, a program that will continue with your support! As a result, this graduating class will have the opportunity to continue their education without worrying about the cost of schooling, uniforms, and supplies.

Students celebrated with SLC staff, parents, and classmates. Parents had the chance to hear more about Empower Tanzania's support for their students, and expressed their gratitude. Our students' families deeply value education, and knowing that their children's education will continue has an enormous impact.

Students gave a presentation of their own, performing songs, poems, dances, and more. Each graduating student was presented with a certificate, and the graduating class was given a cake - which they chose to share with their teachers and parents.

Our Tanzanian team - education direction Haleluya, along with teachers Mary, Liliani, and Riziki - reports that music, good food, and gratitude were the themes of the day. Students were happy and congratulating one another, looking forward to the next chapter.
