Empower Tanzania works with many different groups and organizations on projects in Tanzania. Within 5 years, ETI aims to be a leading non-profit organization in Tanzania, visibly partnering with rural communities and other organizations to measurably and sustainably improve the lives of Tanzanians.

  • We are developing a culture of excellence, diversity, openness, integrity and innovation within our board, staffing and partners.
  • We strive to manage our resources with fiscal responsibility and efficiency to ensure maximum impact on investment, with a minimum of overheads.
  • Our programs strive to provide sustainable, resilient and innovative solutions for rural communities through a participatory and holistic approach.
  • We actively seek to build local capacity in Tanzania and empower rural Tanzanian communities, including previously disadvantaged groups.
  • We’re working to become preferred partner with rural communities, organizations, donors and local government

A medical dispensary in TanzaniaDiseases such as AIDS, Malaria and TB are a major cause of death in Tanzania. 

Besides the catastrophic human toll, the economic effects are staggering. 

Empower Tanzania is working with the Tanzanian health care system to improve health care and prevent disease. This is essential to our strategy in Tanzania.
